Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Supervisor role based in Liverpool. The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring that team members follow procedures, meet performance targets, and provide excellent service. Typical tasks include:

The role involves coaching and supporting team members, conducting performance check-ins, and promoting a safe, compliant working environment. The Supervisor will also collaborate with management to implement process improvements, track key metrics, and communicate updates clearly to the team.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team, with experience in supervision or team leadership in an operational or customer-focused environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to coordinate schedules, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to give constructive feedback and handle conflict professionally.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a practical approach to resolving day-to-day issues and improving processes.
  • Understanding of basic operational procedures and compliance requirements, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and quality.
  • Comfort using common office and operational software tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, scheduling systems) and learning new systems as needed.
  • Ability to work on-site in Liverpool, with reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to meet business needs.
  • Relevant experience in a supervisory, coordinator, or lead role; formal training or education in management, business, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
