Retail Supervisor – Contemporary Brand London | Full-time

We are partnering with an exciting contemporary jewellery brand to recruit an experienced Retail Supervisor for its London boutique.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and commercially minded individual who can support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the boutique, lead the team on the shop floor and deliver an exceptional client experience.

The role:

  • Support the Store Manager with the daily management of the boutique
  • Take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence
  • Complete opening and closing procedures, including keyholding and cashing up
  • Lead, motivate and support the team throughout each trading day
  • Deliver an engaging and personalised customer experience
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Drive individual and store sales performance against targets
  • Monitor KPIs and provide regular feedback to the team
  • Support team training, coaching and onboarding
  • Assist with rotas, daily task allocation and floor coverage
  • Maintain excellent visual merchandising and brand standards
  • Oversee stock management, deliveries and regular stock checks
  • Support boutique events, product launches and client appointments
  • Ensure all operational, security and health and safety procedures are followed
  • Resolve customer queries professionally and confidently

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous supervisory or senior sales experience within a contemporary, premium or luxury retail environment
  • Jewellery experience would be highly beneficial
  • Previous keyholding and opening and closing experience
  • A confident and supportive leadership style
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience working towards KPIs and sales targets
  • A natural ability to build client relationships and develop repeat business
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Polished, proactive and dependable
  • Passionate about contemporary jewellery, design and exceptional customer service
  • Flexible to work weekends and across the store rota
