About the Role:

As team Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the team for the purpose of achieving daily goals and targets in efficient and effective manner. You will provide direction, instructions and motivate the team members. You are required to have a full understanding of operations, and be willing and able to guide clients on their issues and queries.

What You'll Do

  • Managing the end to end process of over 400 Anaesthetist clients while maintaining excellent communications and relationships with members of various third parties.
  • Overviewing team day to day tasks, creating and maintaining good relationship with direct reports and making sure they received proper daily direction and instructions on their responsibilities.
  • Managing quality checks, making super SOPs are constantly updated to the marked needs and company SLAs are met.
  • Assisting with client issues and queries, including managements of complains, onboarding and on-site and off-site meetings.
  • Leading regular team meetings to ensure all team members are up to date with statistics, currents issues and further requirements.
  • Managing new starters trainings – planning, organizing, supporting it to make sure this is led in line with team an company KPIs.
  • Regularly conducting performance review of direct reports to make sure team is functioning as a high performing unit, dealing with underperformance.
  • Ad-hoc duties as the arise and/or required by management.

What You'll Need (Essential)

  • Analytical skills with the ability to pick up new processes as well as updates/developments of those and be able to quickly and efficiently communicate them to the team.
  • Excellent communication skills to continuously consult with clients and hospitals within the assigned remit.
  • Ability to work under time pressure and prioritise relevant tasks as they arise.
  • Be comfortable using Excel to manage spreadsheets i.e., exporting and manipulating large volumes of data for the purpose or providing reports as well as be comfortable presenting the data and conclusion made on those.
  • Ability to motivate and lead the team to reach consistent results, maintaining good relationships with people across all locations as well as those working remotely.

Desirable Experience

  • Overall knowledge of Medserv systems and processes.
  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Previous experience in people’s management.
