Store Supervisor – Levi Strauss & Co.
As a Store Supervisor at Levi Strauss & Co., you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment that celebrates innovation and ideas while serving as the key bridge between our products and our customers, alongside our Stylists.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and deputise the management team to deliver KPIs and capitalise on profit opportunities
- Set and exceed individual, daily, and weekly sales targets, ensuring team performance drives store success
- Monitor KPIs and team performance through reporting and communicate findings with management
- Assist with store operations, including:
- Stock management
- Payroll and admin tasks
- Rota planning
- Provide an exceptional 1-2-1 customer service experience, prioritising customer satisfaction
- Inspire, motivate, and develop the team through:
- Training
- Coaching
- Product knowledge enhancement

- Retail experience with expertise in:
- Working to and driving KPIs and sales targets
- Understanding store operations and their impact on performance
