Experienced Retail Supervisor ready for your next move?
We're currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity with a thriving fashion brand in Bristol. This is a great chance for an experienced Retail Supervisor to step up, take on more responsibility and continue developing their career within a high-profile store.
You'll work closely with the Store Manager and play an important role in the day-to-day running of the store. From leading the team on the shop floor to driving sales and delivering a great customer experience, you'll be someone who enjoys being hands-on and setting the standard for others.

- Supporting the Store Manager with the overall sales and commercial performance of the store
- Leading and motivating the team on the shop floor
- Taking charge of the store when the Store Manager is absent
- Making sure customers receive an excellent experience
- Supporting the delivery of visual merchandising and maintaining the presentation of the store
- Helping maintain strong standards across stock, operations, and compliance
- Reviewing KPIs and using commercial information to identify opportunities to improve sales
- Building relationships with customers and representing the brand positively

You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader within fashion retail
- Experience leading and motivating a retail team
- Good commercial awareness and a strong focus on achieving results
- A customer-first approach and high standards of service
- Confident communication and leadership skills
- A genuine interest in fashion and working with people
- The ambition to progress and develop your career within retail
