Supervisor | Premium Retail | Stratford | £28,000 plus bonus and benefits
We're looking for a confident, commercial and customer-focused Supervisor to join an exciting and growing premium brand in Stratford. Located within one of London's busiest retail destinations, this is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced store, enjoys driving sales and wants genuine progression.
You could currently be working in fashion, beauty, jewellery, luxury, lifestyle, home, interiors or another premium retail environment. What matters most is that you know how to engage customers, deliver results and bring positive energy to a team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead from the front and deliver an outstanding, personalised customer experience.
- Drive sales, conversion, ATV and store KPIs in a busy, high-footfall environment.
- Motivate, coach and support the team to achieve individual and store targets.
- Maintain excellent visual merchandising, product presentation and operational standards.
- Support the management team with stock, deliveries, opening, closing and the smooth day-to-day running of the store.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Senior Sales Advisor, Key Holder or Assistant Manager.
- A background within premium, luxury or service-led retail.
- A strong commercial mindset with experience working towards sales targets and KPIs.
- Confidence building customer relationships and motivating others in a fast-paced environment.
- Ambition, energy and a desire to progress; furniture, interiors or homeware experience is a bonus, not essential.
