Supervisor | Luxury Retail | White City | £28,000 plus bonus and benefits
We're on the hunt for a passionate and driven Supervisor to join a fantastic team in White City. This is your chance to bring energy, style, and leadership to a thriving store where customer experience is everything. As Supervisor, you'll lead by example on the shop floor, support the management team, inspire your colleagues, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience every single day.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Support the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring high standards of visual merchandising, stock presentation, and housekeeping.
- Lead by example to deliver outstanding, personalised customer service and create memorable customer experiences.
- Support with stock management, deliveries, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
- Motivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve individual and store goals.
- Help drive sales performance by meeting KPIs and identifying opportunities to maximise results.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally, ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Support the management team with opening and closing procedures and daily operational tasks.
- Ensure company policies and health & safety procedures are followed at all times.

What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Sales Advisor role within premium, design-led, or lifestyle retail.
- A natural leader who enjoys motivating and developing others.
- Commercial awareness with a passion for driving sales and delivering results.
- A customer-first mindset with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- An interest in interiors or homewares would be an advantage.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work weekends and during busy trading periods.
