Barnsley Hub | PM Shift 2pm - 10pm | £30,268.40 + Benefits

Step into leadership at our Barnsley Hub.

We're looking for an experienced operational leader to join our team at Barnsley Hub on our PM shift.

As a Process Supervisor, you'll take ownership of a key area of our operation, leading a team of Warehouse Operatives and making sure parcels move through the hub safely, accurately and on time.

This isn't a role where you'll simply oversee a shift. You'll be visible on the floor, leading from the front, responding to changing volumes, driving performance and helping your team deliver consistently high standards.

If you've led teams within a fast-paced warehouse, distribution, parcel or logistics environment and enjoy the challenge of a high-volume operation, we'd like to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You'll:

  • Lead, motivate and manage a team of Warehouse Operatives throughout the PM operation.

  • Use KPIs and live operational information to understand performance and take action when things aren't on track.
  • Respond quickly to changing parcel volumes and operational priorities.
  • Drive high standards across sortation quality, scanning accuracy, parcel and load presentation and service performance.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce damages, claims and operational errors.
  • Coach and develop colleagues through regular feedback, 1-2-1s, performance conversations and team briefings.
  • Make sure operational reporting, documentation and records are accurate and completed on time.
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety, hygiene and operational compliance.

  • Lead from the front, creating a culture of accountability, teamwork and consistently high standards.

What we're looking for

We're particularly interested in people who have already supervised teams within warehouse, logistics, distribution, parcel, fulfilment or another fast-paced operational environment.

You'll need:

  • Previous experience leading or supervising operational teams.
  • Confidence managing people in a busy, target-driven environment.
  • Experience working with KPIs, productivity measures or operational performance data.
  • The ability to make decisions and solve problems when priorities change.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A clear focus on safety, quality and service.
  • Confidence using IT systems and completing operational reporting.
  • A hands-on leadership style – someone who's comfortable being visible on the floor and leading from the front.
