Location: Various Sites Across Scotland, Shotts based.
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive, Dependent on Experience
Must be flexible to accommodate Dayshift or Nightshift working.

About The Role
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise road restraint system installation and maintenance works.
- Manage site operatives and subcontractors.
- Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with RAMS, specifications, and programme requirements.
- Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks, and safety inspections.
- Liaise with clients, principal contractors, and stakeholders on site.
- Monitor productivity and quality standards.
- Complete site documentation, reports, and records accurately.
- Promote a strong health, safety, and environmental culture.
Essential Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience within highways, civil engineering, traffic management, or related industries.
- Right to work in the UK unsponsored
- Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and site management practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
- Full UK Driving License.
- SSSTS or SMSTS.
- CSCS Card.
- Flexible to accommodate Dayshift or Nightshift working.
