Supervisor – Heard.
Burgers worth gathering for.
Heard. is a premium fast-casual smash burger concept from 2 Michelin-starred chef Jordan Bailey, born from a desire to take an everyday classic and make it quietly exceptional. We combine top-quality, thoughtfully sourced ingredients with the rigour and technique of the world’s best kitchens. No gimmicks, no shortcuts - just maximum flavour done right.
After a massive year touring the UK’s biggest events and launching our permanent homes in Borough and Soho, we are looking forward to our next chapter. With our third and fourth sites on the horizon, we are looking for a high-energy Shift Supervisor - someone who sets the pace, owns key areas of the floor, and keeps the energy high from first door-open to last call.
The Heard Package
- Salary: £15 - £17 per year OTE (depending on experience and which Heard. restaurant you’re hired for)

What You’ll Do
- Set the Shift Pace: Be the heartbeat of the floor. You’ll organise and deliver sharp daily briefings (AM/PM), align the team on targets and guest satisfaction, and keep the service rhythm punchy and high-energy.
- Command Key Restaurant Areas: Own critical floor areas - from running host operations to leading the main dining space - ensuring seamless guest flow and immaculate floor standards.
- Manage the Shift Flow: Keep shift mechanics smooth by managing team breaks efficiently without ever letting service standards or speed slip.
- Bridge the Communication: Work hand-in-glove with senior management and the kitchen team. You’ll ensure communication between FOH and BOH is sharp, calm, and accurate during heavy rushes.
- Guide & Mentor Waiters: Lead by example on the floor, helping junior team members level up their service, menu knowledge, and speed in real time.

What You Bring
- Pace & Leadership: Experience as a Supervisor, Floor Lead, or Senior Waiter looking to step up in a high-volume, premium fast-casual environment.
- Sharp Communication: Natural ability to rally a room, lead shift briefings, and keep a cool head when the ticket rail is full.
- Obsession with Guest Flow: You know how to read a room, manage host stands, and balance speed with warm hospitality.
