Supervisor | Premium Retail | Islington | £28,000 plus bonus and benefits

We're looking for a commercial, confident and customer-focused Supervisor to join an exciting and growing premium brand in Islington. You could currently be working in fashion, beauty, jewellery, luxury, lifestyle, home, interiors or another premium retail environment - what matters most is your ability to sell, connect with customers and bring energy to a team.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead from the front, delivering outstanding and personalised customer service.
  • Drive sales, conversion, ATV and store KPIs, identifying opportunities to maximise performance.
  • Motivate, coach and support the team to achieve individual and store targets.
  • Maintain excellent visual merchandising, product presentation and operational standards.
  • Support the management team with stock, deliveries, opening, closing and the smooth day-to-day running of the store.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Senior Sales Advisor, Key Holder or Assistant Manager.
  • A background within premium, luxury or service-led retail.
  • A strong sales mindset with experience working towards targets and KPIs.
  • Confidence building customer relationships and motivating a team.
  • Commercial awareness, ambition and a desire to develop within a growing business; interiors or homeware experience is a bonus, not essential.
  • Furniture or interiors experience would be an advantage, but it is absolutely not essential.
