About the Role
- Play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the restaurant floor.
- Lead by example, supporting the management team in maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Ensure every guest enjoys an unforgettable dining experience.
- Oversee and motivate the front-of-house team.
- Coordinate between the kitchen and service to maintain seamless operations.

Key Criteria
- Have previous experience as a Supervisor, Head Waiter, or similar role in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel environment.
- Demonstrate a passion for hospitality and an exceptional understanding of fine dining service standards.
- Possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team.
- Have excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
- Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
