About the Role

  • Play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the restaurant floor.
  • Lead by example, supporting the management team in maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Ensure every guest enjoys an unforgettable dining experience.
  • Oversee and motivate the front-of-house team.
  • Coordinate between the kitchen and service to maintain seamless operations.
  • Take advantage of an exciting opportunity to grow into a future management position within our expanding international group.

Key Criteria

  • Have previous experience as a Supervisor, Head Waiter, or similar role in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel environment.
  • Demonstrate a passion for hospitality and an exceptional understanding of fine dining service standards.
  • Possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team.
  • Have excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
