Supervisor | International Fashion Brand | Central London | £32,000 + Commission & Bonus
Zachary Daniels is partnering with an established international fashion brand to recruit an ambitious and commercially focused Supervisor for a high-profile Central London store.
This is a visible, hands-on leadership position for someone who knows how to energize a team, elevate the customer experience, and turn commercial opportunities into results.
The opportunity:
- Lead, support, and motivate the team throughout the trading day
- Drive sales, conversion, and overall store performance
- Coach colleagues on service, product knowledge, and selling techniques
- Monitor KPIs and respond confidently to trading opportunities
- Support daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Maintain strong visual merchandising and operational standards
- Take responsibility for the store in the absence of management
- Create a positive, engaging, and performance-focused environment

- Has previous Supervisor or senior-level fashion retail experience
