Supervisor | International Fashion Brand | Central London | £32,000 + Commission & Bonus

Zachary Daniels is partnering with an established international fashion brand to recruit an ambitious and commercially focused Supervisor for a high-profile Central London store.

This is a visible, hands-on leadership position for someone who knows how to energize a team, elevate the customer experience, and turn commercial opportunities into results.

The opportunity:

  • Lead, support, and motivate the team throughout the trading day
  • Drive sales, conversion, and overall store performance
  • Coach colleagues on service, product knowledge, and selling techniques
  • Monitor KPIs and respond confidently to trading opportunities
  • Support daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain strong visual merchandising and operational standards
  • Take responsibility for the store in the absence of management
  • Create a positive, engaging, and performance-focused environment
