We're looking for a strong and experienced Supervisor to join a stylish fashion retailer in Bromley. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident retail leader who enjoys being hands-on, motivating a team and helping to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
You'll play an important role on the shop floor, supporting the management team and helping to drive sales, standards and team performance.
The Role
- Lead by example on the shop floor, motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Support the management team in achieving sales targets and key KPIs.
- Take responsibility for the team and store standards during your shift.
- Coach and support colleagues, helping them to develop and perform at their best.
- Support with visual merchandising, stock management and daily store operations.
- Ensure the store is presented to a high standard and reflects the brand's identity.
- Help create a positive, energetic and customer-focused environment.

About You
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or Assistant manager within fashion, accessories or premium retail.
- Confident leading a team and taking ownership during your shifts.
- Commercially aware with a strong understanding of sales and KPIs.
- A natural role model who enjoys motivating and developing others.
- Passionate about customer service and creating an engaging shopping experience.
- Organised, proactive and able to work confidently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ambitious, reliable and keen to continue developing your retail career.
