As a Supervisor/Assistant Manager at Caffe Concerto, you’ll need to keep your eyes on everything. As well as helping the general manager with strategic planning and targets, you’ll get to flex your management muscle across the floor, Kitchen, and bar teams, mentoring, motivating, and inspiring them to deliver the best Caffe Concerto guest experience possible. Requirements
- Positive attitude and experience is required
- Must have the stamina to work full time, be flexible, and do long shifts
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a cash register or POS system
