Job Title: Front of House Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Front of House Supervisor to join our team. This leadership role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive environment for both staff and guests. As a Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of the shift, with a primary focus on front-of-house operations, while also supporting back-of-house activities as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all front-of-house staff during shifts to ensure efficient service delivery
- Oversee guest experience, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety standards, and service protocols
- Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating team members to uphold service excellence
- Manage shift operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Collaborate with back-of-house team to ensure seamless communication and workflow
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management as needed
- Handle cash register operations and financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff

Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a hospitality or customer service setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in food service
- Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences

Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service; prior restaurant or hospitality experience strongly preferred
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused mindset
- Ability to assist with ordering, inventory management, and basic administrative tasks
- Demonstrated leadership potential, including the ability to mentor, train, and motivate team members
- Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as needed
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing business needs
