At Langosteria, every interaction in the dining room is an opportunity to create a memorable experience. We’re looking for a Supervisor/Chef de rang who brings professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for service to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow in fine dining, works well in a team, and takes pride in providing seamless and elegant service.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Restaurant Manager, and the Floor Manager in coordinating the dining room service
  • Supervise and guide the service team to ensure efficiency, consistency, and elegance during service
  • Ensure all service standards and procedures are followed
  • Assist in welcoming guests and ensuring their needs are anticipated and met throughout the experience
  • Monitor the preparation and organization of the dining room mise en place
  • Handle guest requests and support the team in managing service challenges when needed
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations

About You

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality
  • Knowledge of service etiquette and restaurant operations
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
  • Guest-focused mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to perform efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced dining environment
