The Role
Responsibilities
As Supervisor, you’ll play an important role in making sure the restaurant runs smoothly throughout the shift. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming, greeting, and seating guests
- Managing your own section and ensuring excellent service
- Supporting and guiding the front-of-house team during service
- Liaising closely with our reservations team regarding bookings, tables, and guest requests
- Managing the flow of the restaurant and making sure tables are turned efficiently
- Opening and closing the restaurant
- Completing opening and closing checks and ensuring the restaurant is ready for service
- Dealing confidently with guest queries and resolving any issues professionally
- Supporting the management team with the day-to-day running of the restaurant

- Has previous experience in a restaurant supervisor or senior FOH role
- Is confident leading a team during busy services
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills, fluent in English, and preferably also Spanish and/or Brazilian Portuguese
- Is organized, reliable, and able to work independently
- Has a good eye for detail and takes pride in the restaurant
- Can stay calm and positive when things get busy
- Is flexible and happy to get stuck in wherever needed
