Requisitos
- Ingeniero Industrial o Técnico en áreas relacionadas, Se valorará formación técnica o profesional en artes gráficas, o similar, así como conocimiento de herramientas digitales de gestión de producción.
- Conocimiento de las 7 herramientas básicas de calidad.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar sábados y/o domingos.
- Mínimo 2 años supervisando equipos en entornos de impresión flexible, artes gráficas o producción industrial.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en empaques flexibles, incluyendo Extrusión, Impresión, Laminación y Formado.
- Manejo de Microsoft Excel intermedio.
- Experiencia y participación en auditorías internas.
- Aptitudes de liderazgo, organización del trabajo, gestión de turnos y capacidad para motivar y desarrollar al equipo.
- Habilidades de análisis procesos, orientación a la mejora continua, gestión tiempos y resolución problemas en un entorno producción.
- Capacidad para comunicarse de forma clara, colaborar con otros departamentos y mantener un enfoque constante en seguridad, calidad y servicio al cliente.
- Disponibilidad Inmediata.
