Become a Supervisor at ProCook Chichester Store!
Are you passionate about customer service and ready to lead a dynamic team? ProCook, a renowned name in the cookware industry, is looking for 2 skilled Supervisors for our store in Chichester. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to enhance your leadership abilities while creating a delightful shopping experience for our customers.
We currently have 2 permanent part-time opportunities for 20 hours each in our Chichester Store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and train staff to excel in their roles.
- Monitor sales targets, providing support and guidance to the team.
- Assist in ordering and maintaining product inventory.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Uphold store standards for cleanliness and presentation.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in retail supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
