We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor to join our team based at our Moy Park, Dungannon site. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 4pm to Midnight

The Role
- Ensure the daily setup of the restaurant and bar areas is completed and maintained to high standards.
- Assist with purchasing from nominated suppliers, supervising delivery and storage.
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels and liaise with management.
- Ensure service areas are fully stocked, attractively displayed, and well maintained.
- Meet all hospitality requests with expected service standards.
- Ensure menus are well displayed throughout the premises.
- Prepare service counters in advance for food briefings with production staff.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns promptly.
- Promote a positive company perception both internally and externally.
- Ensure customers receive high-quality food and beverage service.
- Maintain a hygienic and well-organised environment.
- Oversee stock control and purchasing accuracy.
- Assist in accident prevention and health & safety investigations.
- Understanding of HACCP regulations and food hygiene requirements.
- Familiarity with stock control and purchasing processes.

The Person
- Previous food handling experience.
- High levels of personal hygiene and professional appearance.
- Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive, can-do attitude with flexibility.
- Experience in a similar catering or hospitality role.
- Knowledge of stock control and purchasing processes.
- Familiarity with cash handling and till operations.
- Ability to contribute to promotional strategies and sales techniques.

Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work, instructions and communicating with customer on a day-to-day basis.
