About the Role:
As the Supervisor, Events and Distributor Leadership Liaison, you will support key Distributor leadership groups across Europe & Africa helping to deliver exceptional experiences during regional and worldwide events. You will act as a main point of contact for senior Distributors, coordinating communications, event logistics, and leadership activities.
In this role, you will work closely with international teams to organise meetings and events, manage important documentation and databases, coordinate travel and on-site support for VIP attendees, ensuring smooth communication. You will also assist with special projects and engagement initiatives throughout the year.

In This Role You Will:
- Distributor Leadership: Manage travel and support our Regional VIP group (FCCC – Founder’s Circle & Chairman’s Club, approximately 20 people) both pre event and on site for regional and Worldwide Events
- Coordinating: Set up and coordination of Regional conference calls, collate pre-call reading and follow up materials as required
- Managing Documents and Processes: Maintain EASG (Europe & Africa Strategy Group) contact database and EASG document center, compiling welcome/departure letters & playbooks for E&A (Europe & Africa) and Worldwide Events
- Event Support: Support E&A Events team with the planning of EASG meetings from contracts to onsite delivery (including rooming lists and transportation schedules)
- Communication: Day to day contact for EASG group
- Sourcing: Support with sourcing a collection of gifts for the EASG group to cover the calendar of events for the year
- Collaboration: Work with teams internationally to support the EASG & FCCC group, joining and contributing to best practices calls with your regional peers.

Our Requirements:
- Certifications in event management, project management or related fields (beneficial)
- EA/PA/Event management experience
- Experience working on large projects with multiple stakeholders
- 3 years EA/PA/Event management experience preferred
- Experience of a business operating in multiple markets with nuances around culture, language, etc
- Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 8 times a year (each event will vary in duration from 5 - 14 nights)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised and self-motivated
- Knowledge of managing Zoom & Microsoft Teams conference calls.
