Food and Beverage Supervisor

Hilton Grand Vacations in Ballater, Scotland is looking for a driven and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. Job Responsibilities

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Hilton Grand Vacations, you will be responsible for coordinating the operations of our Food and Beverage outlets. You will ensure guests and members have an outstanding experience. Your role includes:

  • Managing Food and Beverage Outlet operations
  • Conveying information and assigning responsibilities to the team
  • Ensuring compliance with brand standards
  • Managing guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Representing the needs of the team
  • Supporting Food and Beverage management in reaching financial goals
  • Assisting with training and development of team members
  • Conducting annual and mid-year appraisals for team members under your supervision
  • Aligning with resort security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation
  • Assisting other departments wherever necessary and maintaining good working relationships
