Have you ever received an exceptional retail experience while travelling and thought, "I'd love to be part of a team like that"? If so, now's your chance to join a first-class fashion brand.

Accessorize Edinburgh Airport is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Supervisor to join our team and create memorable customer experiences.

For over 30 years, Accessorize airport stores have been the go-to destination for holidaymakers looking for those perfect finishing touches before take-off.

From jewellery and hair accessories to handbags, travel essentials, and seasonal must-haves, our collections are designed in-house at our Notting Hill studio or ethically sourced from around the world before arriving in our stores.

In This Role You Will

  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, creating memorable shopping experiences for every customer before they travel
  • Drive sales performance by identifying opportunities, promoting add-on purchases, and inspiring the team to maximise every customer interaction
  • Ensure the store looks fabulous through your visual merchandising expertise, maintaining high standards at all times
  • Help deliver a smooth and efficient operation by effectively managing priorities, supporting daily planning, and adapting to the demands of a busy airport environment
  • Coach, motivate, and guide the team to build confidence, strengthen product knowledge, and ensure every customer enjoys a seamless shopping journey
  • Welcome new starters, foster an inclusive and positive team culture, and support colleagues to develop and grow in their roles
  • Use in-store systems confidently to support excellent customer service and efficient store operations (don't worry, we'll train you)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
