Hospitality Supervisor
Greater Manchester
£15.00 per hour
We are looking for experienced Hospitality Supervisors to support operations across a range of venues including football stadiums, sporting venues, conference centres and event spaces throughout Greater Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising front of house and hospitality teams
- Leading service during busy events and match days
- Supporting managers with the day-to-day operation
- Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained
- Assisting with staff briefings, training and team motivation
- Managing guest enquiries and resolving issues professionally

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous supervisory experience within hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
- A proactive and hands-on approach
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and event days
