Supervisor (Logistics) (Plymouth) – Fulltime

An opportunity to work on our MOD project in Plymouth, delivering major redevelopment works over the coming years.
PAYE basis
Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays)
Must Have
- Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card
- Academic Qualification – Level 4 or above, i.e. HNC, HND or Degree
- Previous experience supervising logistics operations on major construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of site logistics and coordination
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to coordinate labour, plant, materials and deliveries
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
- Reliable and proactive approach to work
- Must be eligible for BPSS Security Clearance
- Candidates must hold a passport from a NATO or MISWG member country and have resided in the UK for the past 5 years

This role is site based - Monday to Friday
45 hours per week 07:30am - 17:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate logistics operations across site
- Manage the movement and delivery of materials, plant and equipment
- Coordinate site logistics teams and ensure resources are available when required
- Ensure safe movement of vehicles, plant and personnel around site
- Liaise with site management, engineers, subcontractors and delivery teams
- Monitor daily activities and ensure works are completed safely and efficiently
- Maintain high standards of Health & Safety across logistics operations
- Assist with planning and coordinating site deliveries
- Maintain accurate records and report any issues to site management
- Support the successful delivery of major MOD infrastructure works
