We are working with a contemporary luxury fragrance and beauty brand known for its creativity, exceptional quality and personalised customer experiences. The brand offers fragrances, bath, body and home products and continues to grow its global presence.

The Role

Working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will help lead the shop-floor team, drive commercial performance and ensure the store runs smoothly.

You will lead by example, combining luxury customer service and confident selling with team coaching and operational responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management team with the daily running of the store
  • Lead shifts, delegate priorities and keep the team focused on targets and KPIs
  • Drive sales, conversion, ATV and UPT through excellent floor management
  • Deliver personalised consultations and signature fragrance experiences
  • Coach, motivate and provide feedback to Sales Associates
  • Support team briefings, product training and new-starter onboarding
  • Build customer relationships and support clienteling, VIP appointments and events
  • Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store standards
  • Support opening and closing, cash handling and till reconciliation
  • Oversee deliveries, replenishment, stock counts and back-of-house organisation
  • Resolve customer queries and escalate issues appropriately
  • Act as a key holder and manage the store when senior management is unavailable
  • Ensure operational, health and safety, security and loss-prevention procedures are followed

About You

  • Previous supervisory or senior sales experience, ideally in luxury or premium retail
  • Passionate about fragrance, beauty and outstanding customer service
  • Commercially minded and confident working towards targets and KPIs
  • A strong communicator who can motivate and support a team
  • Proactive, organised and comfortable taking responsibility
  • Calm and solutions-focused in a busy retail environment
  • Strong attention to detail and store presentation
  • Available to work a flexible rota, including evenings, weekends and peak periods
