Job Description

Bompard is looking for a full-time Supervisor (40 hours/week) for our Hampstead store.

The position is available immediately.

Main Responsibilities:

Client Experience & Sales Leadership

  • Lead by example in delivering a premium, personalised client experience, from the warm welcome to the farewell at the door.
  • Support, coach and motivate the team to achieve outstanding service standards.
  • Handle complex client situations and build lasting loyalty.
  • Monitor individual and team sales performance, providing regular feedback.

Product Knowledge & Brand Representation

  • Maintain expert knowledge of the full product range (quality, care, past collections, styling).
  • Train the team in product knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Embody the brand's image, values and standards at all times.

Boutique Organisation & Visual Standards

  • Keep the boutique immaculate (sales floor, stockroom and shared areas).
  • Uphold merchandising standards and support visual updates.

Stock Management

  • Oversee deliveries and product checks.
  • Monitor stock levels, help prevent stock loss and follow up on special orders.
  • Help coordinate regular stock counts.

Operations & Team Management

  • Assist with scheduling and daily team organisation.
  • Support opening and closing procedures in line with company and security policies.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing team spirit.

Sales Performance

  • Own daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Analyse performance indicators and implement action plans to meet and exceed KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail supervision, preferably in premium or luxury fashion.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for client service and high-quality products such as cashmere.
  • Proactive, organized, and results-driven.
