Front of House Supervisor – Multi-Venue

Great food. Genuine hospitality. A team to lead. A group to grow with.

At Rick Stein Restaurants, we believe great hospitality is about more than exceptional food. It’s about creating an experience that feels warm, relaxed and memorable — every time.

We’re looking for an experienced Front of House Supervisor to work across our venues, supporting our teams and helping us maintain the high standards that make Rick Stein Restaurants what they are.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys variety and is at their best when they’re leading from the front. You’ll work alongside different teams and management across our venues, bringing energy, experience and consistency wherever you’re needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and supporting front-of-house teams across our venues, helping each service run smoothly and efficiently
  • Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every guest receives genuinely great hospitality
  • Supporting teams during busy services, stepping in wherever you’re needed and leading by example
  • Helping to maintain consistent service standards across the group while recognising what makes each venue unique
  • Coaching, supporting and developing team members, helping them build confidence and improve their skills
  • Sharing your knowledge of our food, seafood, wines, drinks and menus with both guests and colleagues
  • Anticipating guest needs and handling questions, requests and challenges with confidence
  • Working closely with restaurant managers, chefs and bar teams to deliver seamless service
  • Supporting the opening, closing and smooth day-to-day running of our venues
  • Assisting with training and onboarding, helping new team members understand our approach to hospitality
  • Supporting management with operational tasks, including staffing, service planning and maintaining standards
  • Acting as a positive ambassador for the Rick Stein brand across every venue you work in

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
