Juno is a contemporary Italian restaurant and bar launching at Olympia, blending the ease of neighbourhood dining with the energy of a West London destination. Rooted in simple, produce-led cooking, Juno's hospitality will be warm, generous and effortlessly stylish. With seasonal plates, handmade pasta and a confident drinks programme of spritzes, negronis and Italian wines, Juno is designed to feel both familiar and fresh.

The Role

As a Supervisor, you'll be a key part of the Juno team, leading from the floor and helping create an atmosphere where both guests and team members want to be.

Our Supervisors are confident, energetic and hands-on leaders who know how to bring great hospitality to life. You'll support the management team, lead your team through service and make sure every guest receives the warm, engaging and effortlessly stylish experience Juno is all about.

We Expect You To

  • Know what makes a great restaurant tick, from creating an electric atmosphere to delivering service guests remember.
  • Lead from the front, bringing energy, warmth and confidence to every shift.
  • Be a positive and supportive presence on shift, creating an environment where the team feels empowered and every guest feels genuinely welcomed and looked after.
  • Set the standard for great service, keeping the team motivated and engaged throughout every service.
  • Support and coach your team, helping them build their confidence, knowledge and passion for hospitality.
  • Be approachable, engaging and someone both guests and teammates naturally gravitate towards.
  • Collaborate across the venue, working closely with the kitchen team to bring food, drink and service together seamlessly for every guest.
  • Be passionate about Italian food, wine and culture, with a curiosity to keep learning and sharing your knowledge.
  • Bring ideas and energy to the table, always looking for ways to make the guest and team experience better.
  • Keep standards high while remembering that the best hospitality comes with personality, connection and fun.
  • Stay calm, positive and solutions-focused when the pressure is on.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
