11624-Branch Supervisor / NVQ 2 Qualified- 40 hours a week Permanent contract

We are looking to recruit a 40-hour Branch Supervisor / NVQ 2 Qualified to work at our 310-branch located within Station Lane Medical Centre, Station Lane, Featherstone, Pontefract, WF7 6JL.

The proposed shift pattern is to work 5 days a week Monday to Friday as follows:

  • 9:00am to 6:00pm (includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch break)

As a Branch Supervisor / NVQ 2 Qualified, you will oversee the general running of the pharmacy by providing support to the Pharmacist and the rest of the team.

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Pharmacy Services is essential; skills in planning, attention to detail and working under pressure are all required.

  • You will be involved in both counter and dispensing activities, and you will support the pharmacy in promoting a wide range of pharmacy services including vaccinations and pharmacy first services.
  • You will also be involved in providing blood pressure checks for eligible patients and training may be available to enable you to become a vaccinator.
