Supervisor - Luxury Ready-to-Wear
Location: Sloane Street, London
Position: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £39,000-£42,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus commission
We are currently recruiting for an exciting Supervisor opportunity with a prestigious luxury ready-to-wear boutique on Sloane Street.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong Senior Sales Associate or Senior Client Advisor who is genuinely ready to take the next step in their career. You will remain highly sales and clienteling focused while taking on additional responsibility for supporting the Store Manager and wider management team with the day-to-day running of the boutique.
The successful candidate will be a confident luxury retail professional with a strong background in sales, client relationship management, and clienteling. You will have experience building and developing a valuable client book, working with high-value and international clients, and delivering an exceptional and highly personalised client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, highly personalised luxury experience to every client.
- Lead by example on the shop floor, demonstrating the highest standards of sales, styling, and client service.
- Build, maintain, and continuously develop a strong client book.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Proactively follow up with clients through appointments, emails, calls, and personalised communication.
- Drive sales through expert styling, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Maintain strong product knowledge, including fabrics, fit, craftsmanship, and styling.
- Support private appointments, client events, launches, and other client-focused activities.
- Support the Store Manager and management team with the day-to-day running of the boutique.
- Take responsibility for supporting the smooth operation of the shop floor and daily priorities.
- Act as a senior point of contact for the wider sales team when required.
- Support, motivate, and guide colleagues to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales objectives.
- Share best practice in sales and clienteling to support team performance.
- Maintain the highest standards of boutique presentation, product display, and visual merchandising.
- Support management with daily operational requirements and confidently step up on the shop floor when needed.

About You
- Previous experience within luxury retail, ideally luxury ready-to-wear.
- Strong and proven sales and clienteling experience.
- A track record of building, managing, and developing a strong client book.
- Experience working with VIP, high-value, and international clients.
- Currently operating at Senior Sales Associate, Senior Client Advisor, or equivalent level and genuinely ready to step into a Supervisor position.
- Previous experience supporting, mentoring, or guiding colleagues would be advantageous.
- Experience within the Knightsbridge, Sloane Street, or wider Central London luxury market would be highly beneficial.
- Strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A confident and natural ability to lead by example.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for luxury fashion and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Flexibility to work weekends and other trading hours as required.
