- Explore the Resort: Take a look around our fantastic resort and see where you could be working.
- Fast-Track Your Application: If you like what you see, stay for our afternoon Assessment Centre and complete your interviewing process on the same day!
Our Assessment Centre includes:
- Group Assessment: A collaborative team exercise with other candidates to show off your teamwork skills.
- Individual Task: A practical, hands-on exercise related directly to the role.
- 1-to-1 Interview: A relaxed, conversational interview with one of our resort leaders.

Key Responsibilities
A brand-new role. A brand-new challenge.
This is a genuinely new position at Butlin's β and a rare chance to shape it from day one. As Supervisor Plus, you'll be the go-to person for your team, the driving force behind great standards, and the difference between a good guest day and an unforgettable one.
You'll be hands-on, visible, and trusted to make things happen β coaching your team in the moment, solving problems on the spot, and making sure every guest gets the Butlin's experience they came for.
Reporting to: Manager
Core base: Accommodation (Mondays and Fridays, our busiest changeover days)
Plus: Flexible time across departments the rest of the week, wherever the action needs you most
What you'll be doing
- Leading from the front β keeping your team focused, motivated, and in the right place at the right time
- Coaching the team to hit key targets, from add-on sales to guest experience scores
- Owning CAFF audits in accommodation, and relevant audits in whichever department you're supporting
- Making sure guests always find what they need, when they need it
- Keeping an eye on NPS and guest feedback, and turning it into real action
- Championing the Butlin's Values and Leadership Behaviours every day
- Being the voice that connects Manager plans to team delivery β clearly, consistently, brilliantly
- Building strong relationships across your resort, other resorts, and central support teams
- Supporting your people through their whole journey with us β onboarding, development, PDPs, and more
- Turning every audit and observation into practical, visible improvement

Be the face of a warm, welcoming dining experience. You'll champion food safety, keep the bays looking abundant and appealing, work closely with the kitchen on quality and timing, and coach your team to deliver five-star hospitality on every shift.
πΉ Supervisor Plus β Bars & Shops
Bring the energy to our bars and retail spaces. You'll coach the team on sales and service, keep queues moving with sharp, dynamic deployment, nail stock control, and help every venue run exactly to brand standard β while having fun doing it.
π Supervisor Plus β Restaurants & QSRs
Set the tone for a brilliant dining experience from the moment guests sit down. You'll drive upselling on starters, desserts, and drinks, coach confident, natural guest conversations, and make sure every checkback leaves guests feeling looked after.
π Supervisor Plus β Splash
Take the lead in one of our most safety-critical, high-energy environments. You'll bring poolside expertise and a genuine passion for the water, keeping standards high and guests safe while your team delivers a brilliant splash experience.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
About you
You're a natural leader who's just as comfortable coaching a team through a busy shift as you are chatting confidently with a guest. You lead by example, you notice the details others miss, and you know how to turn feedback β good or bad β into real improvement.
You'll bring:
- Leadership that gets results β you know how to coach, support, and get the best out of a team, with demonstrable experience in managing performance, coaching, delivering training, and setting the standard through your own behaviour
- A sharp eye for detail β confident supporting audits and observation-based checks, and turning what you find into action
- Genuine guest-facing experience β comfortable handling a wide range of guest queries, and confident stepping in when a complaint needs a calm, professional resolution
- A commercial mindset β a track record of driving sales through promotions, upselling, or new initiatives that support the wider team's objectives

If you're going for Splash, you'll also bring:
- An NPQL (National Pool Qualification for Lifeguards) or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience working in a swimming pool environment
- Strong knowledge of pool safety
