Your New Role
We are looking for a Production Operations Supervisor to support and oversee the day-to-day operational delivery of live and recorded productions from our West London facilities. Acting as a key operational lead across productions and events within our Chiswick and Stockley Park facilities, you will help ensure production requirements are planned, coordinated and delivered effectively across multiple teams, while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence. Your Role Accountabilities
- Act as the operational lead where required for Chiswick-based deliverables, representing Production Operations in production meetings and acting as a key liaison with Production Management.
- Ensure production information, event requirements and operational updates are clearly shared across all relevant GT&O departments.
- Work closely with Production Resource, MCR, London Bookings, Engineering and other operational teams to ensure event details are accurate, aligned and distributed in a timely manner.
- Support the planning and delivery of gallery positions, studio rigs, production set-ups and associated production requirements.
- Check and confirm resource allocation documents and systems to ensure production requirements are appropriately covered and booked correctly.
- Review the centralised bookings system to confirm that the correct resource has been allocated, Technical Operators are booked where required, and any FACS testing requirements are captured.
- Maintain a visible on-the-ground presence across live deliverables, supporting escalation, feedback and issue resolution during production activity.
- Coordinate studio maintenance scheduling, ensuring work is planned around production requirements and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure all studio maintenance, production activity and operational deliverables meet Risk Assessment and Health & Safety requirements.
- Coordinate allocation, bookings and upkeep of green rooms, make-up rooms and associated production support spaces.
- Support the maintenance of service facilities, ensuring relevant shared information areas are updated with the latest policies, guidance and operational information.
- Identify and flag operational or facility-related risks early, ensuring appropriate action is taken to protect live output.
- Assist with production confirmations, tracking call-time changes and overtime requirements where needed.
- Maintain budget and cost tracking documentation accurately, ensuring changes and approvals are recorded.
- Support the coordination of freelance bookings, availability, confirmations and operational updates, making sure teams receive clear documentation, expectations and production information ahead of their shifts.
- Support the Production Operations Manager with the documentation and distribution of new workflows, system integrations and technical facility updates.
- Assist with the rollout of operational process changes, ensuring teams understand new systems, expectations and responsibilities.
- Provide the Production Operations Coordinator with structured goals and development plans to support growth within the business.

Qualifications & Experience
- Experience working in live broadcast, studio production or production operations environments.
- Strong understanding of PCR, studio and live production workflows.
- Experience supporting live sport or fast-paced multi-production environments is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the confidence to escalate issues appropriately.
- Working knowledge of scheduling systems, production booking and resource allocation workflows.
- Understanding of Risk Assessments, Health & Safety requirements and safe production practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and build effective working relationships.
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach to live production support.

Onsite Working
This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
