Supervisor - Camden
Position: Supervisor
Location: Camden
Salary: £27,000 to £28,000 + bonus potential of around £1,000 per year
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and looking for your next step within retail, sales or customer-focused management?
Join a successful and expanding business with stores across the UK and Europe as they continue through an exciting period of growth. A real benefit of this opportunity is the work-life balance. There are no late evenings, and weekend hours are reduced compared with many traditional retail management roles.
The Role
As Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, working closely with the Store Manager to deliver excellent customer service, achieve sales targets and maintain high operational standards. This is a hands-on role where you'll be speaking with customers, managing enquiries, converting opportunities into sales and helping ensure the store runs smoothly. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your management experience within a business that offers genuine opportunities for progression.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
