Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader – Stroud – £15 per hour
£15 per hour | 35 hours per week | Permanent | 4am–11am ideally but this can be changed to a 5am or 6am
Are you an experienced cleaner ready to take the next step into supervision? Or are you already a Team Leader or Supervisor looking for a stable, hands-on role that would be interested in getting into the Cleaning industry?
We're recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader to take ownership of the cleaning operation at Retail store in Stroud.
You'll lead a small team of around 5 cleaners, making sure the store is cleaned to a consistently high standard and supporting the team when needed.

- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Sunday
- Wednesday and Saturday off

You'll need to be reliable, organised and comfortable starting at 4am, with the ability to lead a small team and communicate confidently with store management.
What will you be doing?
- Lead and support a team of around 5 cleaners
- Check cleaning standards and carry out quality inspections
- Manage rotas, holidays and attendance
- Support recruitment and training
- Work alongside the team and help with cleaning when required
- Make sure equipment and products are used correctly
- Deal with issues and put things right quickly
- Work with the store management team
- Ensure Health & Safety and company procedures are followed
