We are looking for a Supervisor to join our fantastic team.
As a Supervisor, you will lead a team of Civil Enforcement Officers, carry out daily briefings, deal with escalated queries from colleagues and members of the public, and track KPIs. Alongside these responsibilities, you will also carry out the duties of a Civil Enforcement Officer, including patrolling public car parks and streets, advising members of the public and issuing tickets to incorrectly parked vehicles.

You will be the eyes and ears of the local community while supporting your team to continue the essential work carried out by Civil Enforcement Officers within the community.
What you will be doing:
- Leading a team of Civil Enforcement Officers.
- Carrying out daily team briefings.
- Dealing with escalated queries from colleagues and members of the public.
- Tracking and monitoring KPIs.
- Patrolling public car parks and streets as part of the Civil Enforcement Officer duties.
- Advising members of the public and issuing tickets to incorrectly parked vehicles.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A self-motivated and customer-focused approach.
- A willingness to work outdoors.
- Ability to work shifts.
- Ability to work on your own initiative.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office.
- Full UK driving licence is essential for this role as driving is a requirement.
