We’re looking for an exceptional Supervisor to join the team at Supernova Soho, our bold and energetic smashed burger concept in the heart of London. Known for its vibrant atmosphere and crave-worthy burgers, Supernova is setting a new benchmark in the capital’s quick-service dining scene — and Soho is where the magic happens.
Supernova is part of BVC Hospitality, which operates a portfolio of globally recognised food concepts including NAC, Crème, 74 Duke, and Le Café NAC. With thriving venues in London, Paris, and the Middle East, BVC Hospitality blends creativity and operational excellence to deliver standout hospitality experiences.

You'll be the go-to person on shift: managing front-of-house flow, helping coordinate with the kitchen, and ensuring every guest gets fast, friendly, top-tier service. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and support the team during service
- Ensure smooth coordination for quick, accurate orders
- Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and energy
- Help train, coach, and motivate new and existing team members
- Manage tills, stock, and daily opening/closing procedures
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and positivity
- Uphold health & safety, hygiene, and food safety protocols
- Support the management team with operational tasks and reporting as needed
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of supervisory or shift leader experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- A genuine passion for guest experience and team leadership
- Organised, calm under pressure, and able to multitask in a dynamic setting
- Strong communication skills and a natural motivator
- Proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and busy periods
