Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our team in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident team leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high standards of customer service, supporting colleagues and achieving business targets.
As Supervisor, you will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the operation, helping to lead the team, maintain standards and ensure customers receive an excellent experience.

Key Responsibilities as a Supervisor:
- Support the day-to-day running of the team and operation
- Lead, motivate and coach team members to achieve high standards
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally
- Allocate tasks and ensure the team is working effectively
- Monitor performance, standards and productivity
- Support the training and development of new and existing team members
- Ensure company policies, procedures and health and safety standards are followed
- Assist with opening and closing procedures where required
- Handle operational issues and escalate concerns when appropriate
- Support the management team in achieving sales, service and business targets
- Maintain a clean, safe and professional working environment

About You
You will be a hands-on and approachable Supervisor who leads by example. You will have the confidence to take responsibility, support your colleagues and maintain high standards even during busy periods.
Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Assistant Manager, Shift Leader or Senior Team Member would be advantageous.
