Role: Supplier Administrator

We're currently recruiting for a Supplier Administrator based at our head office, Union - working 37.5 hours a week.

As Supplier Administrator, you are the custodian of our foundations. You will ensure our processes are robust, our data is clean, and our supply chain is compliant. Your job is to handle operational essentials and be the first point of contact for our supply chain and the gatekeeper of our data.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage the approval process for all new supplier requests.
  • Ensure no one enters our supply chain without the necessary approvals and due diligence.
  • Work directly with new suppliers to secure all required risk, insurance, and financial documentation.
  • Work closely with the Risk Management team to maintain ongoing supplier compliance to protect the business from operational and reputational damage.
  • Actively manage the preferred supplier list alongside the wider Procurement team, ensuring our data is accurate and our partners are valid.
  • Provide the monthly data and insight on our supply chain that powers our Spend Analysis and decision-making.

  • Willingness and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Experience using Excel to manage data. You understand that clear, accurate data is the foundation of good decision-making.
  • Experience in an admin-focused role, handling high volumes of information to provide insight. You don't just process data; you understand what it means.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once without dropping the ball. You know how to prioritize work based on risk and impact.
  • A confident, engaging team player. You can speak to suppliers and internal stakeholders with clarity and integrity.
