About the Role
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about maintaining accurate data? We're looking for a Supplier Amendments Assistant on a fixed term basis to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of supplier and customer information across our business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and data management experience who enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Supplier Amendments Assistant, you will be responsible for processing and managing supplier and customer data amendments, ensuring all records are accurate, up to date, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing supplier amendment requests accurately and efficiently.
- Reviewing amendment documentation to ensure all approvals and supporting information are in place.
- Updating supplier and customer records within company systems.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders, including Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams, as well as external suppliers.
- Investigating and resolving data discrepancies and queries.
- Supporting data cleansing and data quality improvement initiatives.
- Assisting with the development of more efficient processes and ways of working.
- Ensuring compliance with data privacy requirements and company policies.

What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from candidates who have:
- Previous experience in an administrative, data entry, finance, procurement, or supply chain support role.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- The ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Experience of working with ERP systems, procurement systems, or contract management software.
