Role Overview

You’ll play a key role within our Operations Business Intelligence (BI) Team, supporting the accurate and timely processing of invoices, purchase orders and payments to suppliers, industry bodies and third parties. Reporting to the Operations BI Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing supplier-related financial processes, producing commission statements, resolving invoice queries and working closely with Finance, Billing and other internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly and in line with agreed payment terms.

This is a varied role where attention to detail, problem-solving and strong stakeholder management skills will make a real difference. You’ll build effective relationships with suppliers and third parties, identify and resolve billing or data quality issues, and look for opportunities to improve the accuracy and efficiency of our processes. You’ll also contribute to wider team initiatives, share knowledge and help deliver improvements that support our business strategy and ultimately enhance the customer experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
