INTRO

We are easyJet – a FTSE listed, £multi-billion low-cost airline that serves tens of millions of customers every single year. If you’re reading this, you have probably already been an easyJet customer, and you’ll know that there is no more iconic (or Orange!) travel brand in Europe.

We fly more than 1,207 routes, connecting 38 countries across Europe, and employ more than 18,000 colleagues. We’re on a mission to make low-cost travel easy – and whatever your role here, you’ll connect millions of people to what they love using Europe’s best airline network, great value fares, and friendly service.

What makes us easyJet? Our Promise Behaviours - we are Safe, Bold, Welcoming and Challenging. Four Behaviours. One Spirit. One easyJet.

READ ON IF YOU

  • Have experience in Supplier Management, Procurement Operations or a similar operational role.
  • Enjoy improving processes, solving operational challenges and turning insight into action.
  • Are confident working with procurement or supplier management systems, with Ivalua experience being desirable.
  • Can build trusted relationships and drive action across a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where processes and capabilities continue to evolve.
  • Can be in our fantastic Luton head office 3 x per week.

THE TEAM

Our Procurement Team manages a significant portion of easyJet’s external spend across Customer, Operations, Commercial, Business, Corporate, Finance, People, and Tech and Data. We are a dynamic team focused on delivering value, supporting business growth and ensuring our partners help us achieve our ambitions.

This role sits within Procurement Operations and works closely with colleagues across Procurement, Finance Transformation, Legal, Risk, Sustainability and the wider business.

THE ROLE

As our Supplier Management Specialist, you will own the day-to-day operation of Supplier Management across easyJet while helping to mobilise and embed Third Party Risk Management, known as TPRM, into the business.

You will be the central point of contact for Supplier Management activity, providing practical support with queries, issue resolution, processes and continuous improvement. You will help ensure that Supplier Management and risk processes are clear, workable and consistently followed.

A key part of your role will be making sure Ivalua operates as a system of action, not simply a system of record. You will monitor workflows, dashboards and alerts, follow actions through to completion and help colleagues use the platform effectively.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

As TPRM is rolled out across easyJet, you will help connect process design with day-to-day delivery, ensuring supplier risk management becomes an effective and sustainable part of business as usual.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Act as the central point of contact for day-to-day Supplier Management activity.
  • Support Supplier Managers and business stakeholders with supplier onboarding, lifecycle management, performance processes, data and reporting.
  • Promote consistent use of Supplier Management processes across the business.
  • Identify inefficiencies, workarounds and process gaps, then develop practical improvements.
  • Support the mobilisation of TPRM through process testing, documentation, training and rollout activity.
  • Help resolve early-stage issues and ensure new processes work effectively in day-to-day operations.
  • Own the operational execution of TPRM through Supplier Management processes as the capability becomes established.
  • Support supplier risk identification, classification, due diligence, onboarding, monitoring and review activity.
  • Maintain visibility of supplier risk exposure and support escalation where required.
  • Own the day-to-day operation of Supplier Management processes within Ivalua.
  • Monitor risk workflows, dashboards and alerts to ensure actions are assigned and completed within expected timescales.
  • Follow up on overdue or incomplete actions and help stakeholders address issues.
  • Identify where controls are not being followed, drive corrective action and escalate material concerns.
  • Triage complex issues and connect colleagues with specialists across areas including Legal, Risk and Compliance.
  • Track recurring issues and address their root causes rather than relying on short-term fixes.
  • Produce operational reporting covering Supplier Management activity, process compliance, adoption and risk workflow completion.
  • Provide clear, practical insight to support leadership reporting and decision-making.
  • Deliver role-based training and support the onboarding of new Supplier Managers and stakeholders.
  • Create accessible guidance that helps colleagues understand how to complete activities in Ivalua and during business-as-usual operations.
  • Continuously improve processes, data and ways of working by identifying and resolving business pain points.
