At Novuna Vehicle Solutions we're leading the way with Electric Vehicle Leasing, Alternative Fuels and Fleet Electrification. From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.

What you'll do

As Supplier Manager, reporting to the Head of Specialist Manufacturers & Network, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of strategically important suppliers and play a key role in ensuring they deliver excellent outcomes for our customers and business.

This is a senior, autonomous role combining strategic supplier leadership with strong operational and commercial management. You'll understand performance at account level, identify emerging trends and intervene where supplier issues affect cost, customer experience, compliance or vehicle availability.

You'll Also

  • Own the full relationship and account-management cycle for your allocated strategic suppliers
  • Plan, prepare and lead monthly, quarterly, half-year and annual supplier reviews, ensuring actions are tracked through to completion
  • Establish clear performance measures, governance arrangements and improvement plans across your portfolio
  • Hold suppliers to account for service performance, customer outcomes, contractual commitments and agreed corrective actions

What you'll bring

You'll bring strong supplier and category-management knowledge, with the commercial mindset to negotiate, influence and hold major partners to account. You'll be comfortable moving between operational detail and strategic priorities - understanding what is happening today, identifying what the trends are telling us and recommending what needs to change for the future.

Ideally, you'll have experience within automotive, leasing, fleet services, roadside assistance, tyres, recovery or a similarly complex supplier environment. More importantly, you'll know how to lead a portfolio and get the best from strategically important partners.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have

  • Strong commercial awareness and a track record of delivering measurable value
  • Knowledge of rebates, pricing structures, cost recovery or other supplier commercial mechanisms
  • Excellent stakeholder management with strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of contract law and the ability to interpret complex supplier agreements
