C&MI and E&T Groups help clients shape the vision, define the strategy and deliver a truly integrated customer experience. Our services are based on in-depth understanding of individual consumer behaviour and marketing technology which influence the way consumers buy products and services through a combination of data, technology and consultancy.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Product Strategy & Implementation team as a Supplier Manager, responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic development of CACI's third-party data supplier portfolio.
You will be the primary relationship owner for our key data providers, ensuring that we continue to maximise the value of our extensive data partnerships while identifying new opportunities to enhance our products, services and commercial offerings. Working closely with Product, Commercial, Finance, Legal and Data teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring that CACI maintains access to high-quality data assets that support our market-leading solutions.

A key aspect of the role will be the commercial management of supplier relationships, including negotiating contracts, pricing structures, renewals and licensing agreements. You will be responsible for managing a significant data procurement budget, ensuring expenditure is planned, controlled and aligned with business priorities whilst delivering value for money.
The role will also include line management responsibility for one individual who is responsible for supplier administration, contract management, royalty reporting and licensing compliance. You will provide leadership, guidance and oversight to ensure robust supplier governance and operational excellence.
Success in this role will require strong commercial acumen, the ability to build trusted supplier relationships, a solid understanding of data licensing and contractual arrangements, and the confidence to influence stakeholders across the business.

- You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and can effectively engage with colleagues at all levels across the organisation.
- You have a strong understanding of data products and the role that third-party data plays in delivering commercial value.
- You can interpret contractual, financial and legal information and translate complex issues into practical business decisions.

Your skills, knowledge and experience
It is important that you have:
- Previous experience managing third-party suppliers, partnerships or vendor relationships.
- Experience working with data products, data suppliers or data licensing arrangements.
- Demonstrable commercial negotiation experience, including pricing, contract renewals and supplier agreements.
- Experience managing significant budgets and delivering against financial targets.
- Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, budget management and cost control.
- Experience reviewing and interpreting commercial contracts and legal agreements.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally.
- Experience identifying and evaluating new commercial opportunities and supplier partnerships.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
- High levels of organisation, attention to detail and accountability.
Whilst not essential, the following skills would also be desirable:
- Experience working within a data, analytics, software or technology business.
- Knowledge of data licensing, intellectual property rights and data governance principles.
- Experience managing royalty-based commercial agreements.
- Familiarity with procurement and supplier governance processes.
- Understanding of GDPR and the regulatory considerations associated with data procurement and usage.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Legal and Commercial teams.
- A communicative person who can explain and negotiate complex commercial and contractual matters in a clear and practical way.
