Supplier On-Boarding Support (Fixed Term Contract - 4 Months)
📍 Location: Guildford (Hybrid)
Join our Tender & Supplier On-Boarding Team and play an important role in helping suppliers successfully join our e-Procurement platforms across multiple countries.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career who enjoys administration, coordination, and working with people. You'll support the smooth onboarding of suppliers, maintain accurate records, and help ensure key milestones are delivered on time.
You'll thrive in this role if you're organised, detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and keen to develop your knowledge of procurement, supplier systems and process improvement.
✅ What you’ll be doing
- Support day-to-day supplier onboarding activities and maintain onboarding trackers
- Contact suppliers by phone and email to explain requirements and collect information
- Assist Procurement, Tender and Project Managers with onboarding administration and data management
- Review supplier responses and accurately record system and capability information
- Coordinate with EDI, e-Billing and third-party providers to support supplier setup
- Support testing activities for online ordering and invoice capture processes
- Maintain supplier records and ensure required documentation, bank details and agreements are complete
- Communicate onboarding progress, planned go-live dates and outstanding actions to stakeholders
- Monitor newly onboarded suppliers through to first payment and escalate issues where required

🔎 What we’re looking for
- Degree, equivalent qualification, or relevant practical experience
- Strong administration, customer service, office support or coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence working with data and trackers
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships
- Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to manage priorities effectively

- Experience working with onboarding, supplier management or project administration activities
