We're looking for an organised, reliable Operations Coordinator to support our Head of Operations and work alongside our Customer Operations Co-ordinator across order processing, purchasing, reporting, and supplier coordination as we grow. Role Purpose
The Supplier Operations Co-ordinator will provide day-to-day support to the Head Of Operations, working closely alongside the Customer Operations Co-ordinator to help keep B2B order processing, purchase ordering, reporting, and supplier coordination, running smoothly and being obsessed about product. From updating manuals, reviewing and editing artwork, ensuring all compliance is met from suppliers and the team are fully connected with our product information.
This is a hands-on, detail-focused role, ideal for someone early in their operations career who is eager to learn, get stuck into the details, and build toward greater responsibility over time. You'll work day-to-day alongside the Customer Operations Co-ordinator, sharing the workload across the operations function, while reporting into the Head of Operations on progress, issues, and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Operations Function
- Work closely alongside the Operations Co-ordinator, sharing day-to-day tasks across the operations function.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Head of Operations.
- Help keep track of outstanding tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as directed by the Head of Operations or Customer Operations Co-ordinator.
- Flag issues or delays promptly so they can be addressed quickly.

B2B Order Processing
- Process B2B customer orders accurately and on time.
- Help respond to order queries from B2B customers and internal teams.
- Keep order records and customer account details up to date.
- Track order status and let the Operations Co-ordinator or Head of Operations know about any delays.
Purchase Order (PO) Support
- Raise and track purchase orders with suppliers and manufacturers, under guidance.
- Help monitor stock levels and flag when reordering is needed.
- Check POs against deliveries and invoices, noting any discrepancies.
- Keep an up-to-date log of outstanding, fulfilled, and overdue POs.
Reporting
- Prepare regular operational reports (sales, stock, order fulfilment, supplier performance).
- Update and maintain trackers and spreadsheets used for reporting.
- Pull together data for the Head of Operations ahead of reviews or meetings.
- Support with month-end and ad hoc reporting requests.
Data Reconciliation
- Help reconcile order, stock, and financial data across systems (e.g. sales platform, inventory system, accounting software).
- Spot and flag discrepancies between systems for follow-up.
- Support with keeping operational data clean, accurate, and consistent.
- Assist with stock takes and audits as needed.
Supplier Coordination
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for suppliers on routine queries.
- Help monitor supplier delivery times and flag any issues.
- Support the Operations Co-ordinator with supplier communications and admin.
- Help onboard new suppliers by gathering and organising documentation.

Product Development Support
- Assist with liaising between suppliers/manufacturers and the team on product specs, samples, and timelines.
- Help track product development milestones and keep records updated.
- Support research into potential new products, ingredients, or packaging.
- Pull together information to help inform product decisions.
- Help where necessary on content shoot days lending a hand setting up and taking product down.
Person Specification
Essential
- Experience in operations, admin, purchasing.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Well organised, able to juggle multiple tasks and keep track of details.
- Clear, friendly communicator, comfortable liaising with suppliers and colleagues.
- Proactive attitude — happy to ask questions, learn quickly, and take initiative on routine tasks.
- Reliable and conscientious, with a strong sense of ownership over your own workload.
- Real Team player, this is a start up, SME so must come with a can do attitude.
Desirable
- Experience with B2B customers or accounts.
- Familiarity with inventory/order management systems (e.g. Shopify, Xero, NetSuite, Cin7, or similar).
- Experience in FMCG, sports nutrition, supplements, or e-commerce.
- Interest in fitness/health and the Myomaster brand.
What We Offer
- Salary: £32,000 per annum.
- 25 days plus Bank Holidays.
- Hybrid Working.
- Hands-on experience across a growing operation, with room to develop your skills and take on more responsibility over time.
- Close mentoring from the Customer Operations Co-ordinator and Head Of Operations.
