Summary of Position

The operational specialist role within the Partnerships Team is critical to align supplier strategy with operational execution across the business. While currently a regional role, the role is expected to evolve as part of the global supplier relations proposed restructure. This role will serve as the key link between Supplier Relations, operations, technology and marketing ensuring that supplier strategies both regional and global are effectively translated into scalable solutions that drive revenue growth, operational efficiencies and enhanced partner value. The successful candidate will bring a strong operations background within the travel industry, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of CTM’s technology and systems. Working closely with the Partnership Management Team and the Chief Partnership Officer they will align with CTM Partners, Project Management, Operations, Product and marketing teams to deliver end to end solutions that support strategic initiatives including preferencing, NDC, Sleep Space and other supplier driven opportunities.

Experience

  • Extensive operational experience with the business travel industry and GDS
  • Strong understanding of travel technology platforms, including GDS and CTM internal systems and online booking tool (Lightning)
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across regional and global teams.
  • Experience working with supplier Programmes, NDC, distribution technologies, or related travel industry initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Engaged and energetic individual with a desire to succeed and ‘Run it like your own it’
  • Commercial mindset with a proven ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiency.
