Our People
Our people are at the heart of our business and we’re recruiting for an experienced Supplier Partnership & Revenue Manager. This role will be based at our Colchester office. The Supplier Partnership & Revenue Manager will work within the UK Supply Team with Partner Management across all Suppliers but specifically Gray Dawes Hotel and Ground Transport partners. The role includes data analysis, margin optimisations to monitor performance across air, hotel and ground. Closely working with the Account Management team, Operations and Supplier Partners to create programmes which complement our extensive content offering.
What You’ll Do
- Ensuring any Supplier Contract commitments are met and any income opportunity is optimised.
- Working with Suppliers to develop plans of activity aimed at raising awareness including training, promotions, marketing and fam trips.
- Optimise the use of available Data analytics to spot opportunities and highlighting these to Operations and Account Managers.
- Supporting on Client Hotel RFP’s wherever necessary.
- Delivering excellent internal customer service by assisting with supplier escalations and questions.
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers where necessary.
- Attend relevant industry meetings and events, representing Gray Dawes.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience within Business Travel.
- Experience working within a Supply Team.
- Strong data analytical skills.
- Confident negotiator.
- Microsoft Office experience in particular very strong excel skills.
