About M&S Food

At M&S Food, we're growing at pace and transforming how we work with our supplier partners to support the future of our business. We're looking for a Supplier Partnerships Project Manager to join our Food Commercial Operations team and play a key role in delivering one of our most important strategic priorities.

About the Role

Working within the Capacity workstream, you'll help ensure our supplier base is ready to support future growth, evolving customer demand and long-term business success. This is a highly visible role where you'll bring structure, pace and momentum to key projects, working across Commercial, Supply Chain and Supplier Partnerships teams to turn bold plans into significant outcomes.

We're looking for someone who combines strong project management skills with excellent relationship building, communication and problem-solving capability. You'll thrive in a fast-moving environment, enjoy bringing people together and feel confident handling multiple priorities whilst keeping focus on what matters most.

Due to high interest, this role may close earlier than advertised. We recommend applying as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the Capacity workstream, translating strategic priorities into clear and actionable plans that support supplier capability and business growth.
  • Driving progress across key projects, helping teams move at pace, make informed decisions and deliver meaningful outcomes.
  • Building strong relationships across Commercial, Supply Chain, Supplier Partnerships and central teams to solve challenges and deliver joined-up solutions.
  • Creating clear, engaging communication that keeps suppliers and partners aligned on priorities, progress and next steps.
  • Bringing structure, visibility and accountability to programme delivery, ensuring actions and decisions are effectively tracked and delivered.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
